Inspired by The Seven Sisters of the Pleiades... Taygete, valued her independence and lived alone in the mountains. Having a close connection with nature, she was the caretaker of the mountains. Taygete was often associated with her wild and untamed nature. She was seen as a protector of nature and the animals that inhabited the mountains. Taygete was also depicted as a huntress, reflecting her close connection to the wilderness.
